Karina received her license to practice law in Ukraine in 2010. She obtained a Bachelor of Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine in 2010, and a Masters Degree of Law from National Academy of Internal Affairs in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2012.

She began her legal career as legal counsel for companies involved in trade, distribution and lending. She handled these companies' legal agreements, obtained necessary permits, licenses, authorizations, and acted as a liaison with the State and Governmental Tax Administrations, and other Governmental Institutions on all legal issues related to these companies.

After she moved to Houston, Texas in 2015, she continued her legal career and obtained in 2018 a LL.M. in US Law from the University of Houston Law Center.

Karina has been with the firm since 2016, and assists its US-licensed attorneys in personal injury, commercial and corporate matters.
