Biography
Marc has spent over thirty years litigating in the areas of personal injury, products liability, worker's compensation, medical malpractice, oil and gas law, and most recently Jones Act, Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, and other maritime injury lawsuits. He has developed extensive experience as lead trial attorney in dozens of jury and bench trials featuring complex scientific or medical issues, including spinal injuries, orthopedic injuries, post-traumatic stress disorder, burns, and ophthalmic injuries, in state and federal courts in Texas and Louisiana.
Marc spent 5 years defending personal injury claims, which provides the firm with a unique and important resource in anticipating defense tactics the firm's clients might encounter.
Marc is admitted to practice in all Texas courts, the United States Supreme Court (where a brief he co-authored was filed), U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (where he has argued two appeals), and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas. He has been admitted to practice on numerous occasions in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. He is licensed in Texas and New York.
