Charles Mills is a skilled and detail-oriented litigation associate at Spagnoletti Law Firm, specializing in personal injury cases with a focus on maritime law and catastrophic injury. As an honors graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston, Charles consistently demonstrated academic excellence, ranking 8th in his class and receiving numerous accolades such as the Order of the Lytae, Dean's List, a Presidential Fellowship, and CALI Awards for highest grades in numerous classes.

Charles has gained significant experience managing a diverse caseload in the firm's litigation practice, effectively handling all levels of the litigation process. His exceptional communication and negotiation skills have led to favorable outcomes in multiple settlements. During law school, Charles had the honor of serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable David Hittner in the United States District Court in Houston and the Honorable Lauren Reeder in the 234th Civil District Court in Houston. As a judicial intern, Charles gained valuable insights into the judicial process and a deep understanding of litigation proceedings from a judge's perspective.

Outside of his professional practice, Charles is deeply committed to giving back to the community.
