Jeremy joined Spagnoletti Law Firm in 2019. His primary focus is on transactions, contractual and commercial matters, corporate governance, and general business advice. Born and raised in Houston, Jeremy has practiced in Texas for approximately twenty years at international law firms and as General Counsel for publicly traded entities.
Jeremy earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Economics (summa cum laude) from Baylor University and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with Honors. He has represented publicly traded and privately held companies, master limited partnerships, investment bankers, private equity firms, family offices and venture capital firms in numerous capital market offerings and has significant experience with public and private entity mergers and acquisitions.
Jeremy has extensive knowledge of the energy industry, including exploration and production, downstream, midstream, upstream and oil field services. In addition, he has experience advising companies operating in the healthcare, real estate and agricultural and insurance industries, including their financing through investment banks, private equity firms and funds, family office companies and venture capital institutions. Jeremy regularly represents public and private entities as outside General Counsel.
Jeremy is a man of the people and helps his clients minimize their problems and maximize their opportunities. His breadth of experience enables the Spagnoletti Law Firm to represent individuals and entities in business and transactional matters efficiently and productively.
