Michigan Plane Crash – 1 Dead, 1 Injured

At 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday September 1, 2020, a Piper PA 24-250 Comanche single-engine plane crashed in a field in Mills Township, Michigan.  The passengers on board were the pilot and co-owner of the plane, William Granger, and his wife Dorothy Granger.  The plane was traveling from the northwest, when it began to have engine troubles according to preliminary reports.  William Granger remains hospitalized for his injuries, while tragically Dorothy Granger was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Federal Aviation Administration will be among the agencies investigating the deadly crash.
