Two planes collided in midair Friday night near Fredericksburg, Texas. The pilot of one of the planes, a Beechcraft Bonanza, reported gear retraction problems and was attempting to return to the Gillespie County Airport. His plane then collided with a second one. The identity of the deceased pilot has not yet been revealed.
