A helicopter crashed on December 20, 2020, near Morris Municipal Airport in Morris, Illinois. At the time the helicopter pilot was practicing touch and go maneuvers. The helicopter, a Robinson R44, crashed following significant wind gusts. The pilot’s condition is unknown at this time.
