Two of the contractors injured during the Magellan plant explosion on Saturday have been released from a local hospital. At least seven contractors at the facility sustained injuries in the explosion. It is unclear at this time what caused the incident. At the time, a crude oil storage tank was being cleaned and inspected by a crew of workers from Shelton Services Inc. Five workers remain hospitalized at San Antonio’s Brooke Army Medical Center.
