Deadly 18-wheeler Accident in Trinity County, Texas

There was a fatal accident involving an 18-wheeler, a passenger SUV and a police vehicle in Trinity County, Texas on March 31, 2021.  The accident occurred on Highway 69 near Groveton, Texas.  Early reports are that the 18-wheeler changed lanes when a police vehicle entered the roadway.  As it did so, the Big Rig struck a passenger SUV located in the lane next to it.  The 18-wheeler then went into the other lane, striking the police vehicle.  The 18-wheeler overturned on its side and caught fire.  At least one person was killed in the accident.
