Explosion at Coushatta, Louisiana Chemical Plant

There was an explosion and fire at the ADA Carbon Solutions plant in Coushatta, Louisiana on April 22, 2021.  Two workers were taken to a local hospital after the explosion to receive treatment.

There have been a number of incidents at industrial and processing plants.  There was an explosion and fire at the Yenkin-Majestic Paints manufacturing plant in Columbus, Ohio early on April 8, 2021.  There was an explosion at the Bridgestone Truck and Bus Radial Tire Plant in LaVergne, Tennessee on March 26, 2021.  There was a fire and explosion at a plant located in Silverton, Oregon on March 23, 2021.   There was a fire and explosion at an asphalt plant located in Long Island, New York on March 23, 2021.  Two workers were burned during a fire at the Advanced Foam Recycling plant located in Tarrant County, Texas on February 25, 2021.  Three workers were burned in an explosion at the US Pipe plant located in Lynchburg, Virginia on February 17, 2021.  Two workers were injured in an explosion at the Agri Star plant located in Postville, Iowa on February 15, 2021. There was an explosion at a machining plant located in Oakland, New Jersey on February 11, 2021.There was an explosion a Hudson Baylor Recycling Plant located in Beacon, New York on February 10, 2021.There was an explosion and fire at a recycling plant in Juarez, Mexico on Sunday, January 31, 2021. There was an explosion and fire at a recycling plant in Passaic, NJ on Friday, January 29, 2021. Six workers died following a liquid nitrogen leak at the Foundation Foods processing plant in Gainesville, GA on Thursday, January 28, 2021.
