Two Crew Members Burned on Bulk Carrier RAPALLO

There was an incident on board the bulk carrier RAPALLO on April 7, 2021.  At the time, the vessel was at the JEV Terminal, Port Dickson.  Two crew members on board the vessel were in the engine room when they were burned by scalding hot oil.  The two workers were taken to a local hospital for treatment.  The vessel’s registered owner is Roscoe Marine Ltd.  It is operated by TMS Bulkers.

A pilot fell while attempting to disembark from the bulk carrier MARIA GS on March 14, 2021.  The cargo ship BERGFJORD struck a fishing vessel on March 25, 2021.  The fish carrier FENG HAI 78 struck the cargo ship FENG YAN 68 on March 27, 2021.  The container ship MSC TINA struck a pier while in port on March 27, 2021.  There was an incident involving the gantry crane on the container ship EVER GENTLE on March 27, 2021.  There was a collision between the bulk carrier HABCO PIONEER and a fishing vessel on April 3, 2021.  Four crew members inhaled ammonia gas on board the LPG tanker HAMBURG DW on April 6, 2021.
