Five workers were injured in a helicopter crash at a drilling rig operated by Diamond Offshore on June 2, 2021. The incident occurred at the semi-submersible drilling rig operated by Diamond Offshore, the Ocean Courage. At the time, the vessel was performing work for Petrobras offshore Brazil. The workers were injured when a helicopter owned by Omni Taxi Aereo hit the helideck on the vessel during a training drill.
