Mayweather Pacquiao Fight

Emmanuel Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Jr., along with their respective promotional teams, Top Rank, Inc., and Mayweather Promotions, LLC, as well as Comcast, have been sued for violations of the Organized Crime Control Act of 1970 under Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) allegations. The lawsuit alleges that Pacquiao concealed his injury and defrauded Americans out of hundreds of millions of dollars, a fact that Mayweather and the other named defendants worked to conceal to capitalize on the public anticipation leading up to the fight.

Marcus R. Spagnoletti filed the lawsuit against Emmanuel Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, Jr., Top Rank, Inc., Mayweather Promotions, LLC and Comcast Corporation, in federal court in the southern district of Texas, Galveston division.
