Fire and Explosion at Power Plant in West Haverstraw, New York

There was a fire and explosion at the Bowline Point Power Plant in West Haverstraw, New York on August 18, 2022.  According to reports, there was a fire in the plant’s breaker room.  A small explosion was also reported by workers present.  It is unclear if anyone was injured as a result.
