A worker was killed in an accident in Hendricks County, Indiana on September 21, 2022. According to reports, a County Highway Department employee was killed at a project near County Road 450S, close to County Road 675W. The victim was struck by a large piece of equipment used for ditch excavation. The victim has been identified as David Appleby.
