Construction Worker Killed by Passing Vehicle in Oakton, Virginia

A construction worker was killed in Oakton, Virginia on December 8, 2022.  According to reports, there was a two vehicle crash on Interstate 66.  A construction worker was checking on the drivers involved in that crash, when a passing vehicle struck and killed him.  The victim has been identified as Jonathan W. Franzell.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to those impacted by this incident.
