UPS Semi-Truck Involved in Deadly Crash in Ferris, Texas

There was a deadly crash involving a UPS 18-wheeler in Ferris, Texas on January 5, 2023.  The accident happened on southbound Interstate 45 near the Malloy Bridge Road.  Reports indicate a UPS semi-truck crashed through a guardrail and left the highway.  The truck crashed into a creek-bed located below the highway.  The truck was pulling two trailers at the time.  The UPS driver was pronounced dead at the scene.  The crash remains under investigation.
