There was a deadly 18-wheeler crash in Santo, Texas on July 8, 2023. The crash occurred on Interstate 20 westbound about a mile west of Santo. According to reports, two 18-wheelers collided head-on, after one of them crossed the median and entered the lane of oncoming traffic. Both drivers and a passenger in one of the semi-trucks were pronounced dead at the scene. The victims have been identified as Rotimi Arijeloye, Kevin Eom, and the passenger, Sung Moon. The incident remains under investigation.
