There was a deadly 18-wheeler crash in Royse City, Texas on August 7, 2023. An 18-wheeler traveling westbound on Interstate 30 crossed over into the eastbound lanes of oncoming traffic. The semi-truck struck three cars in the oncoming lanes. One of the vehicles caught fire after impact. Two people in the car that caught fire were killed.
