There was a crane accident in Moundville, Alabama on November 22, 2023. According to reports, workers were in the process of moving a shipping container at Ballard Concrete when one of the chains securing the load broke. As a result, the shipping container fell onto one of the workers, killing him. The victim has been identified as Cornell James. The incident remains under investigation.
