Deadly Scaffold Accident in Nederland, Texas

There was a deadly accident at Energy Transfer’s Terminal in Nederland, Texas on January 29, 2024.  The contractor worker fell from scaffolding at the facility, resulting in a head injury.  The victim has been identified as Franklyn Aguiar, of Dayton, Texas.  The incident remains under investigation at this time.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to those impacted by this tragic fall.
