There was a deadly crash at a METRO Bus stop in Houston, Texas on May 13, 2024. According to reports, vehicle was traveling eastbound on Westheimer Road at a high rate of speed on Monday evening. The driver of the vehicle drove onto the sidewalk at a bus stop, and struck two pedestrians. Witnesses indicated one male victim flew across four lanes of the roadway as a result of the collision. After hitting two pedestrians, the female driver of the car struck a light pole. One female victim was confirmed deceased as a result of the accident.
