Injury And Fatality Implications In Serious Car Crashes
Fatal crashes leave families facing both emotional loss and sudden financial uncertainty. When a death occurs in a motor vehicle collision, surviving family members may have questions about whether a wrongful death claim may be brought based on how the crash occurred.
Serious collisions can also result in life-altering injuries for survivors, including traumatic brain injury or other conditions requiring long-term care.
