A deadly car crash in Fort Bend County, Texas on March 15, 2026 left three people dead and several others injured after two vehicles collided on U.S. Highway 90A.
According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on US-90A between Harlem Road and Pitts Road at approximately 9:00 a.m. Authorities reported that an SUV carrying five occupants was traveling eastbound when a truck traveling westbound crossed the median, lost control, and struck the SUV head-on.
Investigators said the truck rolled over after the collision and caught fire.
Officials confirmed that three people inside the SUV were pronounced dead at the scene: a 19-year-old man, a 22-year-old woman, and a 44-year-old woman. The 20-year-old driver of the truck and two children who were passengers in the SUV were transported to a hospital with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
