Biography
Brooks Tobin is an experienced litigator, who represents clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries and the deaths of loved ones. Brooks is a dedicated personal injury attorney driven by a commitment to justice and client advocacy.
Brooks, a native of San Antonio, earned his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University. Following law school, Brooks was honored to serve as a judicial law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Rolando Olvera in the Southern District of Texas, where he gained invaluable insights into the judicial process.
Prior to joining The Spagnoletti Law Firm, Brooks further honed his legal skills at a prominent Houston commercial litigation boutique, where he handled complex cases for major companies. Brooks next worked in civil defense, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of civil litigation strategies and defense tactics. Brooks then realized he needed to put his skills and experience to use helping those who needed help the most—people and families whose lives have been devastated by the misconduct of corporations and reckless individuals.
Brooks is motivated by a desire to help individuals and families who have suffered unimaginable losses. His prior legal experience makes him uniquely suited to secure the best results for his clients and their families.
As a litigator, Brooks’ is sincerely driven by his desire to secure justice for those who have been wronged. He has represented individuals and families against some of the largest companies in America—seeking and achieving justice for his clients.
Brooks has been recognized by peers for his creative problem-solving, skilled legal writing, and advocacy. Brooks has also been named to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch List. When not advocating for his clients, Brooks spends as much time as possible with his wife and their young son.
