Spagnoletti & Co. Law Firm recently filed suit on behalf of a worker who was injured at a ConocoPhillips worksite through no fault of his own.  At the time of the accident, the Plaintiff was resting in his vehicle at the worksite when an 18-wheeler dangerously and violently collided with his vehicle.  The Plaintiff was injured when as a result of the collision.  The lawsuit brings claims against the employer of the other driver, Drillwell Energy Services, LLC, as well as the operator of the jobsite, ConocoPhillips Company.

The lawsuit alleges ConocoPhillips was negligent by:

(a) Failing to provide adequate measures in place for the location and placement of vehicles on the jobsite;
(b) Failing to ensure there was enough space for drivers to operate their vehicles without the danger of crashing into other vehicles;
(c) Failing to provide a safe workplace to its employees and others.

The Plaintiff is represented by attorney Marcus Spagnoletti.
