Spagnoletti & Co. Law Firm recently filed suit on behalf of a worker who was injured at a ConocoPhillips worksite through no fault of his own. At the time of the accident, the Plaintiff was resting in his vehicle at the worksite when an 18-wheeler dangerously and violently collided with his vehicle.
