There was a deadly accident involving a crane in crane in Mont Belvieu, Texas on March 21, 2021. Two linemen were working on a high voltage line near near FM 1942 and Hatcherville Road in Chambers County, Texas. Both men were inside a basket, 106 feet in the air, raised by a crane. For an unknown reason, the basket separated from the crane and fell to the ground below. One of the workers was pronounced dead at the scene. On September 16, 2020, two cranes collided in Austin, Texas, resulting in injuries to at least 22 people. The container ship MSC MIA struck a gantry crane while leaving a terminal in Valencia, Spain on the morning of September 13, 2020.

• Jobs that are new to your operation or have undergone changes in processes and procedures; and
• Jobs complex enough to require written instructions
