There was an accident involving a crane at Martin Marietta Mill Creek Limestone Quarry in Mill Creek, Oklahoma on July 15, 2021. During the accident, a crane toppled over, trapping the operator inside. The rescue operations took over five hours in an attempt to extricate the injured operator from inside the crane. The injured worker was taken to a local hospital for treatment. It is unclear at this time what caused the crane to topple.
