There was a tragic incident at the 3M Plant in Alexandria, MN on February 8, 2022. During the incident a worker was caught in a machine at the plant early on Tuesday morning. The worker died as a result. Further details regarding the deadly accident have not yet been released. The facility has previously been cited by Minnesota OSHA for violations. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those impacted by this deadly, but preventable, accident.
