Bell 204B Helicopter Crash near Wasilla, Alaska – One Killed

There was a helicopter crash near Wasilla, Alaska on June 26, 2022.  According to reports, the Bell 204B helicopter crashed while taking off from the Anderson Airport.  The helicopter was assisting in firefighting operations, and was carrying equipment at the time.  The helicopter was operated by Northern Pioneer Helicopters.  The pilot was the only person on board at the time.
