There was a helicopter crash in Marion County, Tennessee on August 23, 2022. According to reports, the helicopter was operated by the Tennessee Highway Patrol. At the time of the crash, the helicopter was performing surveillance work when it clipped a set of power lines. The helicopter then crashed on Aetna Mountain.
