There was a small plane crash in Volusia County, Florida on November 15, 2022. The plane, a Detrick DA-2, crashed while attempting to takeoff from a runway. According to reports, the pilot had made multiple attempts to takeoff, before crashing into trees on the second attempt. The pilot was critically injured in the crash and taken to a local hospital.
