There was a deadly plane crash near Chickaloon, Alaska on November 10, 2022. According to reports, a Piper PA-18 Super Cub plane crashed into the Matanuska River. It is believed the plane clipped a cable above the river. The pilot was the only one on board at the time. The victim has been identified as Joshua Seagrave.
