There was a boating accident on Percy Priest Lake in Tennessee on May 12, 2023. According to reports, six people were fishing on a boat near Poole Knob Recreation Area. The boat was en route to a different location on the lake when it began to take on water and capsized. Five of the boaters were able to make it to shore, but one tragically lost their life. The victim has been identified as Myo Kyo of Smyrna. Additional details have not been released.
