There was a helicopter crash in Anderson County, South Carolina on June 27, 2023. According to reports, a Hughes 269 helicopter crashed at the Anderson Regional Airport. The pilot was flown to a local hospital for treatment of a head laceration. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
