There was a deadly helicopter crash in South Brunswick, New Jersey on August 31, 2023. According to reports, a Robinson R22 helicopter crashed near Carnegie Lake. The helicopter took off from the Princeton Airport, before crashing just minutes later. Eyewitnesses reported the helicopter was flying erratically before the crash. The pilot was killed in the crash. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
