There was a small plane crash in Clay County, Missouri on September 14, 2023. According to reports, a small plane crashed after taking off from Liberty Landing Airport. The pilot was able to climb out of the wreckage and return to the airport. The pilot was transported to a local burn center for medical treatment. The cause of the crash remains under investigation at this time.
