There was a US Navy plane crash in Hawaii on November 20, 2023. The plane, a P-8A was attempting to land at a military base, but overshot the runway. The plane crashed into Kaneohe Bay as a result. There were 9 people on board at the time. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
