Army UH-72 Lakota Helicopter Crash near Banks, Alabama

There was a helicopter crash near Banks, Alabama on February 23, 2024.  According to reports, the helicopter, an Army UH-72 Lakota, crashed with two pilots on board.  Both pilots are believed to have sustained injuries in the crash.  The cause of crash remains under investigation at this time.
