Small Plane Crash in Pembroke Pines, Florida

A small plane crashed on Thursday, December 17, 2020 shortly after takeoff at the North Perry Airport in Pembroke Pines, Florida.  The plane, a single-engine SOCATA TB10 Tobago, crashed about a mile from the airport.  Four passengers were on the plane at the time of the crash.

There have been a number of recent crashes at the airport.  In November, a pilot lost his life in a crash following engine trouble shortly after takeoff.
