Six people were killed when a sightseeing plane crashed in Alaska on August 5, 2021. The plane, a da Havilland Beaver, crashed in the Misty Fjords area of southeast Alaska. There were six people on board the plane at the time of the crash. The plane is owned by Southeast Aviation LLC.
