Two Jet Skis Collide on Mountain Island Lake in North Carolina

There was a jet ski accident on Mountain Island Lake in North Carolina on May 14, 2023.  According to reports, two jet skis crashed into each other.  Five people sustained injuries in the crash, including minors.  Additional details have not yet been released.

There have been a number of recent incidents involving vessels.  The bulk carrier GREBE BULKER was boarded by pirates on May 2, 2023.  There was an accident on the bulk carrier PRT ACE on May 3, 2023.  There was a boating accident on a recreational vessel on Lake Jesup, Florida on May 9, 2023.  There was a deadly accident on Percy Priest Lake in Tennessee on May 12, 2023.  A small boat capsized near Freeport, Texas on May 12, 2023.
