Deadly Boating Accident on Lake Michigan

There was a boating accident in Chicago, Illinois on July 28, 2023.  According to reports, a boat on Lake Michigan capsized early Friday morning.  There were seven people on board when the boat is believed to have struck a breakwall before capsizing.  Six people were able to be rescued.  The body of the seventh person was able to be recovered.  The accident remains under investigation.
